A Different Kind Of Walking Horse Farm
Our Passion
We absolutely love Tennessee Walking Horses and consider them the best companion riding horse with which you can share your life. That's why our motto is "Kind, Honest, Big Hearted and True".
Tennessee Walkers are calm, intelligent, easy to train all with a smooth natural gait. Our focus at Ed's Walking Horses is to breed and train these wonderful horses in a manner that honors their nature and breed.
We believe our horses are friends, companions and partners. Our training philosophy is based in Natural and Classical Horsemanship methods.
What does this mean? In a nutshell it means, we take our time to develop the relationship and lines of communication. Kind, gentle and patient.
We train our horses in the Vaquero or Californio style of horseback riding. Walking Horses are naturally gaited and smooth to ride.
Watch the video below to learn about how we view the gait. If you would like to learn more about Walking Horses and our farm we encourage you to subscribe to our YouTube channel and join us on this journey.
