Horse Sales
Our Tennessee Walking Horses are sold/reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. A $10% non-refundable deposit is required to hold a horse and final payment is due before pickup or delivery. A $20 per day boarding fee per horse will be charged after deposit is received. The boarding fee does not pertain to foals purchased while still nursing.
Full payment is due within 90 days of receipt of deposit after 90 days has passed the deposit will be forfeited unless other arrangements have been agreed to by us. We are reasonable and want to make your purchase as hassle free as possible but also can't hold horses indefinitely.
Stud Fees and Breedings
Stud fees are displayed as per mare and multiple mare discounts are available. We provide a Live Foal Guarantee with all our Tennessee Walking Horse stallions.
The Live Foal Guarantee pertains to the stud fee only (Horse Semen) and does not cover mare boarding, collection or shipping fees.
We provide AI and Live Cover on mares. When planning to breed your mare either by AI or Live Cover plan ahead and get in contact and stay in contact with us so we can plan and serve you and your mare well. Let’s get her in foal!
We work with an Equine Veterinarian with 30+ years experience to better serve you and your mare.
Mare Boarding
Mare board is $20/day
Mare with foal board is $25/day
(Clean culture, Coggin’s, UTD on vaccinations and Health certificate are required on mares.)
Shipping Semen
Semen is shipped FedEx or commercial air and is an additional charge.
